Help your student by staying involved
The Keystone Parent Observer Account and monthly Progress Reports give parents the ability to monitor their student's progress. With the parent observer account, you will have the ability to see:
- Activities, assignments, tests, and quizzes that have been completed by the student, and when they were submitted.
- The student's grades.
- Activities yet to be completed.
Additionally, with the monthly progress reports, you will be able to see:
- Number of times the student has logged into their courses.
- Hours spent logged into their courses.
- General score* in the course up to that point in time.
- Percentage of the course requirements that have been completed.
*Score to Date: This is an estimated average based on completed assignment scores earned to date. No course average is final until received on an official Keystone transcript.
Please note: The Parent Observer Account and Progress Reports are available for online courses only. If your student is enrolled in both correspondence and online courses, only the online courses will be accessible. We are able to provide two parents with a login for an observer account, however, at this time we are only able to send monthly progress reports for each student to one email address.
