Programs : Transcript Evaluation
Transcript Evaluation and Credit Transfer
This transcript evaluation tool can help you evaluate which courses you have left to earn a diploma and to plan your course of studies. Check off the courses that you believe you have already earned credit for and then click ‘Evaluate’.
Please note that this is NOT an official transcript evaluation; the final determination of credit can only be granted after Keystone approves an official transcript or homeschool portfolio. Click here for additional notes about transferring credits and here for notes about submitting homeschool portfolios.
Due to the complexity of, and differences among foreign educational systems, Keystone is now using an evaluation service for our foreign transcript evaluation needs. The evaluation of foreign transcripts can take approximately 15 to 20 business days to complete. Please keep this in mind if you are enrolling in Keystone and will be sending us a foreign transcript for evaluation.
Course Selection
Now that you know which courses you have left to take, you need to select which courses to enroll in from our course catalog. Remember, a ‘diploma-seeking’ student typically enrolls in five one-credit courses to be completed over a year.
Should you need it, the following charts list a suggested program of study based on typical high school students to help determine in which set of courses you'll want to first enroll. This is only a guide; you are free to take courses in the order you like, after paying attention to course prerequisites.
