Trouble Logging In?

TRY THIS FIRST - If you have trouble logging in, please read the instructions for enabling scripting in your browser. Please be aware that it is not necessary to turn off your browser's security settings in order to login to the online courses. You do need to modify them however. Follow these directions in order to do so.

  1. I am unable to login using AOL. How can I login?

    AOL users may experience difficulties logging into the online courses. The secure system passes your Login ID and Password through our secure server https://kcdistancelearning.blackboard.com. Keystone has contacted AOL and filed a Host Report for AOL to access our secure server. Follow any of the steps below to gain access if you are receiving "Page not found" or "Page cannot be displayed" error message after clicking on the 'Login' button:

    1. Modify the parental controls in AOL to allow access to all Web sites;
    2. Contact AOL by using your Tech Support or Customer Service number. Report to AOL that you are not able to access https://kcdistancelearning.blackboard.com;
    3. Read AOL's support instructions in detail.

  2. I can enter my Login ID and Password from http://www.keystonehighschool.com. However, when I click on the Login button, I get a "Page cannot be displayed" or "Page not found" error. How can I login?

    You must be able to utilize our secure login process through your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Your must be able to access our secure server at https://kcdistancelearning.blackboard.com through your ISP in order for you to successfully login to the online courses. If you are receiving a "Page cannot be displayed" or "Page not found" error, please contact your ISP. Inform them that you are not able to access our secure server and that you will need to do so to access the Keystone online courses. They will process your request, which may take some time. Inquire with your ISP about the timeframe to allow you access to this site.

  3. I enter my Login ID and Password at http://www.keystonehighschool.com. It works in the Online Enrollment System, but not here. What am I doing wrong?

    The login and password you may create for an Online Enrollment System account is not the same login and password you should use to access your online courses. If you have created an account in the Online Enrollment System and enrolled in courses, you should have received an email from Keystone, which will include your course login and password. Depending on your method of payment, this may take a few days to be processed.
