Keystone incorporates BrainPOP movies into its interactive enhanced online courses.
- Glencoe/McGraw-Hill — Glencoe/McGraw-Hill is a leading educational publisher for grades 6-12. Keystone includes Glencoe/McGraw-Hill textbooks in many of our courses.

HRW provides a wide range of instructional materials that include curriculum-based textbooks, CD-ROMs, videodiscs, and other support and reference materials. Keystone includes HRW textbooks with a number of our courses.
- Pearson/Prentice Hall — Pearson Prentice Hall is a leading educational secondary publisher of scientifically researched and standards-based instruction materials for today's 6-12th grade students. Many Keystone courses include Pearson Prentice Hall textbooks.
- Power-Glide — Power-Glide International, Inc. is the leader in foreign language training materials for independent learners and schools. Keystone's language courses with Power-Glide are a blend of the best innovations, based on up-to-date understanding of linguistics and learning psychology.
Cyber Charter Schools
- 21st Century Cyber Charter School — 21st CCCS is a public alternative educational program committed to meeting the new educational demands of today's student. The school can provide all Pennsylvania students with Keystone's accredited courses.
- SusQ-Cyber Charter School — SusQ-Cyber is a partnership of school districts in Pennsylvania and the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU). Through the use of technology, it gives participating students more access to in-depth, varied courses, including Keystone's accredited courses.
- The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School — The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School is a Pennsylvania public charter school whose doors are open to any qualified resident student in Pennsylvania. Keystone's accredited courses are available to these students through PCCS.
Therapeutic Schools
- A Better Way — Pago Pago, American Samoa. A Better Way is a residential school that is dedicated to improving the lives of youth. Students can catch up with their work and learn at a pace that meets their individual needs, using Keystone's flexible, quality curriculum.

- Northwest TriCounty IU — Erie, Pennsylvania. Northwest TriCounty IU is an intermediate unit offering distance learning options through Keystone for their participating member districts.
- Pennsylvania Virtual Academy Coalition — PVAC, Pennsylvania Virtual Academy Coalition, is made up of 16 school districts in and around the Capital Area Intermediate Unit in Summerdale, PA. Member schools create and share their own virtual classes and now look forward to using the Keystone programs to augment their course offerings.
- Rose Marie Academy — The Rose Marie Academy is a private school situated in Pakkret, Nonthaburi, Thailand offering schooling in pre-school through secondary education.
- The Rock School — The Rock School of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is dedicated to enriching the lives of all students and preparing those students who are specifically gifted in ballet for careers as professional artists.

Keystone's partnership with FACTS Tuition Management helps students meet their educational expenses. FACTS offers a convenient payment plan, which allows students to pay for courses with up to six monthly payments.
